The entire election process will be completed by November 16, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar said while unveiling the poll schedule at a press conference in the national capital. “The Bihar elections will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11, and counting of votes will be done on November 14,” Kumar said. “It is man- 243 seats; RJD, 75, had highest tally in 2020 datory to complete counting of postal ballots before the last two rounds of counting of votes,” he added.
