"The present prosecution complaint shall next be taken up for consideration on the aspect of cognisance before this court on April 25, 2025 when the special counsel for the ED and IO shall also ensure the production of the case diaries for perusal by the court," the judge said. Beijing has also asked that Chinese carriers halt any purchases of aircraft-related equipment and parts from US companies, sources were quoted as saying in the Bloomberg report. According to the global aerospace company, Boeing airplanes have been the mainstay of China's civil aviation passenger and cargo transportation systems for more than 50 years. The dispute started over an argument about loud DJ music being played during the rally. Civil Line police have booked ten persons and three of them have been arrested. According to reports, the incident happened at Hingona Khurd village in Morena. People from the Jatav community were taking out a rally on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti. They were playing DJ music as part of the celebration. However, members of the Gurjar community objected to the loud music. A birthday party was on at a Gurjar family's house, and they asked the rally group to turn down the music. This led to a heated argument between the two groups. Around 11 pm, the situation turned violent. It is alleged that some youths from the Gurjar community started firing. One man, Sanjay Pippal, was shot and died on the spot. Another man, Ranu Dauneriya, was seriously injured with a gunshot in his right arm. He was first taken to the district hospital in Morena, and later referred to Gwalior for better treatment. The establishment of the high-level panel, marking halfa-century of DMK government's 'historic' state autonomy resolution moved in the Tamil Nadu Assembly by then Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, was aimed at re-asserting the principles of state autonomy in today's context, he said while making a statement in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. The move was meant to protect the 'legitimate rights' of states and to improve relations between the Union and the state governments, he claimed in the Assembly. He utilised the occasion to flay the present AIADMK leadership, after the party MLAs staged a walkout over a different issue. Despite their differences with the DMK, AIADMK stalwarts and late Chief Ministers M G Ramachandran and J Jayalalithaa never compromised on state rights.
