Police station in-charge Umesh Pal Chauhan told Free Press that a head of an unidentified new-born was found near Bajpayee Nagar apartments. Children who were playing nearby saw some dogs dragging and eating a human head and informed their parents. Locals took the head from dogs and informed police. He further said that according to locals, police began a search to find the remaining parts of the child’s body. They also found a hand and some other small parts of the body from a nearby garbage area. He added that it is suspected that the remaining body parts were also eaten by the dogs. Due to which, police were unable to identify the child's gender.
