Police station in-charge Umesh Pal Chauhan told Free Press that a head of an unidentified new-born was found near Bajpayee Nagar apartments. Children who were playing nearby saw some dogs dragging and eating a human head and informed their parents. Locals took the head from dogs and informed police. He further said that according to locals, police began a search to find the remaining parts of the child’s body. They also found a hand and some other small parts of the body from a nearby garbage area. He added that it is suspected that the remaining body parts were also eaten by the dogs.
