A total of 90.97% of students passed the class 5th board exam, while 87.71% passed the class 8th board exam. The results for grades 5 and 8 were announced by the Rajya Shiksha Kendra on Tuesday . In the 5th grade, government schools lead at 91.53%, followed closely by private schools at 90.18%. However, Madrasa students trailed behind with a pass percentage of 73.26%. Jabalpur recorded a commendable 93.99%, Narmadapuram stood at 93.94%, and Rewa at 89.12%. However, Sagar reported the lowest pass rate at 83.36%. In the Ujjain division, 88.21% of children successfully passed their examinations. For the class 8 exams, Bhopal Division attained an 88.77% pass rate, with Chambal Region following closely at 90.28%. Gwalior recorded 88.33%, Indore 92.80%. Trapped in frozen Kyrgyzstan waterfall, Andhra medical student dies ONLINE REPORT A 21-year-old medical student from Andhra Pradesh died after getting trapped under a frozen waterfall in Kyrgyzstan on Monday . Dasari Chandu, from Andhra Pradesh's Anakapalle, was a second year MBBS student in Kyrgyzstan. He visited the waterfall on Sunday with four other students, who were also from Andhra Pradesh. Chandu died after he was trapped in the ice. His parents said they had contacted Union Minister G Kishan Reddy to bring their son's body home. A video showing Lord Ram's images on the disposable plates went viral on social media and a crowd gathered near the shop on Saturday.
