"In a sweeping crackdown on online terror networks, Counter-Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) launched coordinated raids across Kashmir on Sunday, sending a decisive message against extremism and cyber abuse", the CIK said in a statement. NEW DELHI Rs 4K cr through sale of govt scrap The Centre has earned as much as Rs 4,085.24 crore through five dedicated annual cleanliness (Swachhata) campaigns lasting one month each since 2021, through disposal of scrap, including electronic scrap, from different central government offices as part of the Special Swachhata campaign, Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh said on Sunday. The minister also disclosed that another significant outcome of the campaign was that 231.75 lakh square feet of space has been freed for productive utility which was earlier choked and blocked with waste material, worn out furniture and scrap. PATNA The high-octane campaign for the second phase of Bihar assembly election ended on Sunday, as altogether 122 constituencies spread across 20 districts will go to the polls in this phase. A total of 1302 candidates – including 1165 men, 136 women, and one from the third gender – are in the electoral field. Among the voters, 1.95 crore are men, 1.75 crore are women, and 943 are from the third gender.
