This is the third petition on the Rafale deal. 22 TEST POSITIVE FOR ZIKA IN JAIPUR NEW DELHI: Around 22 people have tested positive for the Zika virus in Jaipur, constraining the Prime Minister's Office to seek a detailed report from the health ministry on the outbreak of the disease. A Bihar resident, who had visited his home in Siwan recently, was among those affected and the state has put the district administration on high alert to keep an eye on people who show similar symptoms. Zika virus disease is an emerging disease that has been reported by 86 countries worldwide. Following a tip-off, he was placed under surveillance by the Military Intelligence. Agarwal was arrested in a joint operation conducted by the Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squads at DRDO's Wardha Road facility in Nagpur. Sources said that some suspicious material was recovered from his possession. "We have found certain secret and ultra-sensitive information on his personal computer. It should not been there on his personal laptop. A five-judge constitution bench headed by then Chief Justice Dipak Misra, had in its 4:1 verdict, said that banning the entry of women into the shrine is gender discrimination and that the practice violates rights of Hindu women.
