The Khans had been given a week's time to respond to the notice sent in the name of Salim Khan on June 9, 2018. "As per an earlier notice dated November 21, 2017, an offence was registered for violating the Forest Act for cement concrete construction on your Arpita Farms," the notice stated. Further, it said, when the department checked documents, it seemed such construction was done illegally at Arpita Farms at Wajapur, Panvel. Four of the five youths, who had ventured into sea to swim off Juhu beach on Thursday evening, had drowned. The body of 16-year-old Faisal Sikander Sayyed was found on Friday night at 1.30 am from the seashore behind JW Marriott hotel at Juhu. Juhu Police, Navy, Coast Guard and disaster management officials had begun a search operation since Thursday evening to trace the bodies. Sayyed had ventured into the sea with his four friends, Wasim Salim Khan, 22, Nasir Gazi, 17, Fardeen Saudagar, 17, and Sohail Shakeel Khan, 17, on Thursday at 5.31 pm, when they were swept away by the current. Wasim was rescued by the police and lifeguards on Thursday night while the bodies of Gazi, Saudagar and Khan were found on Friday morning. The National Testing Agency (NTA), constituted by the Centre last November to conduct all entrance tests, will conduct two JEE(Main) and two NEET (Under Graduate) tests before admissions next year. The new system will start kicking from September this year, with the online submission of application forms from September 1 to 30 for both JEE(Main) and UGCNET, with online submissions for the second JEE(Main) in February 2019. The NEET (UG) will be also held twice in February and again in May; the online submission of application for the first from October 1 to 31 this year and in the second week of March for the second. All JEE(Main) and NEET tests will be in eight different sittings, allowing the students to choose any one. While the court sentenced Lakshminarayanan and Srinivasan, executive director and senior vicepresident respectively of FFSL at that time, to imprisonment up to three years, the officials of ABFSL were sentenced to four years. According to the judgement passed on Thursday those convicted , "knowingly conducted fraudulent transactions between FFSL and ABFSL between July 1991 and May 1992". His father worked at a steel mill and his mother was a homemaker. He took to comics thanks to his father.
